The LABA collaborates in the exhibition “Possible Gears” underway in Vaiano from 25 to May 1 at Villa Il Mulinaccio. Exposes mixed Design works with a focus on formal research.
Projects, curated by Catherine De Riu with coordination of prof. Angelo Minisci are developed by students of the Design of the LABA.
The idea of exposure arises from the will to think of a new way of local manufacturing output. The territory of the Val di Bisenzio is fortunate to be experienced by people with skills acquired craft for generations. It is therefore to implement a new entrepreneurial vision with the production process of local products. Workshops and conferences for local businesses have been provided for this occasion.
Are particularly short stories and unique: Ā«we accompany objects and protect us as a domestic, as the faithful goblins and silent servants. The objects bring luck, play their part in the comedy of lifeĀ». The objects are no longer silent tools, but become witnesses of our destiny; lanterns in the darkness of history able to exorcise our fears and guide our minds.
